Standard Operating Procedures
NYS requires us to clearly state the “Standardized Operating Procedures” for our brokerage offices so that prospective homebuyers understand what will be required from them when working with a us.
Identification
Realty Suite does not require prospective homebuyers to show photographic identification.
Mortgage Pre-approval
Realty Suite does not require prospective homebuyers to show pre-approval for a mortgage loan in order to view properties for purchase.
Exclusive Brokers Agreement
Realty Suite does not require a homebuyer to sign an exclusive buyer broker agreement.
Notwithstanding Realty Suite’s policy, an individual property owner may require some or all the above items. If an individual property owner does so require any of the items, we will communicate such fact to the prospective homebuyer.
